Each package spells out who it's for, what's included, what you'll receive and an indicative fee. Use one on its own, combine Packages 1 to 4 along the project pathway, build a complete HSE management system with Package 10, or add ongoing support through Package 9. For one-off needs, ad hoc support is charged by the hour. The HSE Culture Program can run alongside any of them.
20% off selected packages for our first five clients, until 31 March 2027. Ask on your free scoping call.
Applies to Packages 1–6 and 8 (set-up). One package per client. Excludes ad hoc work, retainers and monthly services, incident investigations and Package 10.
Development, facilitation and delivery of a fit-for-purpose project risk register at the front end of project planning, for projects involving high-risk work and high-risk construction work.

Where AI helps: AI drafts the first versions of procedures and registers against the standards and your own documents, and cross-checks coverage clause by clause.
